1. Return window
You may request a return for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To start a return, contact us at support@nestdeal.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request.
Please do not send items back to the address printed on the package unless we instruct you to do so. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party warehouses and international fulfillment partners, and unauthorized returns may be refused or lost.
2. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition received, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and included items. Return authorization is required before shipment.
3. Damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label. If confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other solution.
4. Non-returnable items
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, beauty tools, personal care, intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, digital products, and final-sale items.
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials, restricted products, or items not safe to resell.

5. Return shipping costs

10. Marketplace purchases
If your order was placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace, please start the return or refund request through that platform’s order page first. Marketplace rules, buyer protection programs, return windows, and refund timing may differ.
