We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
3. Order support
For order questions, include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. For damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items, include photos or videos where possible.
4. Returns and refunds
For return or refund requests, contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
5. Privacy requests
For privacy requests, data access, deletion, correction, or opt-out requests, contact us at support@nestdeal.shop. We may need to verify your identity.
6. Marketplace orders
If you purchased through TikTok Shop or another marketplace, please also contact us through that platform’s order page or customer service tools.
7. Do not send returns without authorization
Our packages may ship from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners. The address on the package may not be the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or lost.
