Shipping policy
Effective date: June 28, 2026. This Shipping Policy applies to website orders placed directly with DealNest. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party warehouses, international suppliers, sourcing partners, and logistics providers.
1. Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, supplier delays, or fraud review.
2. Estimated delivery time
These are estimates, not guarantees. If a product or checkout page shows a different estimate, that estimate applies.
3. Fulfillment model
We work with supplier networks, sourcing agents, warehouses, and fulfillment partners. Some products may ship from domestic warehouses, while others may ship from international warehouses. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
4. Tracking information
When tracking becomes available, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take several days to update after a label is created, especially for international logistics.
5. Shipping address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, returns, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Customs, duties, and import fees
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Delays
Shipping delays can occur due to customs, carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, product availability, logistics bottlenecks, supplier delays, or other events outside our control. If we learn we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate and options.
8. Lost, stolen, or delivered-not-received packages
If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, check with household members, neighbors, your building, local post office, and carrier first. Contact us and we will review the issue.
9. Damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged, take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and product. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
10. Split shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra shipping solely because we split the shipment.
11. Marketplace orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace may follow that platform’s shipping timelines, tracking systems, and buyer protection procedures.
